CLIENT SERVICES ADVISOR

Location: Leicester - Office Based

Salary: �23,000 - �25,000 (�28,000 OTE)
Our client is a reputable legal firm with a strong presence in the industry. They are currently seeking a Client Services Advisor to join their team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to develop their career in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Include:

• Contact and engage with potential clients to explain services and benefits.
• Communicate effectively through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Support clients through their journey with the business, providing assistance where needed.
• Establish strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Updating the company's database with accurate information
• Taking time to understand the clients needs with a high level of attention to detail and empathy
• Book meetings for clients
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
• Ideally experience dealing with claims, penions or debt
• Must be comfortable with up selling a service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
