About the role:
You will be responsible for always providing excellent customer service to Immervox clients internally and externally, and successfully resolve any inbound client queries. You will effectively contribute to the goal of the Immervox vision and embody our values. Working days / hours are: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:30. On call rota is: 1 week in 6, starting Friday pm.

About you:
Our ideal Client Services Advisor will need to have good knowledge of IT and Telecommunications services across the UK, BT Wholesale, BT Openreach, Gamma, Daisy, V1 and other vendor systems and portals – this is essential. You will also have a strong understanding of all Microsoft applications. Previous experience in a client facing role where you have displayed excellent communication skills is preferred as well as this, English and Maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent is desirable. You must be an organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills, and adaptable to changing environments. In addition, you will be eager to learn and grow your skills and remain professional with a positive and approachable attitude.
