Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual is working on behalf of a large international retailer who, due to expansion, is looking to recruit a German & French speaking Client Services Advisor, based in Erdington, Birmingham.

The client services team will be responsible for ensuring that support, staffing and processes are maintained to a high level, and will work together with the Service Desk Manager to achieve targets, and assist with reporting, analysis and strategic planning

\n

Key Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Support stores with any IT related issue
  • \n
  • Resolve queries and issues with their EPOS till systems
  • \n
  • Effectively resolve escalated calls.
  • \n
  • Direct any requests to correct department and source the information they need to operate
  • \n
  • Communicate with different retail stores
  • \n
  • Support the European Operations team on projects and tasks
  • \n
\n

Skills:

\n
    \n
  • Fluent in German & French
  • \n
  • Ideally you'll have previous Service Desk Analyst or Customer Service experience
  • \n
  • Customer Service experience
  • \n
  • You will be a keen team player.
  • \n
  • You will be computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
  • \n
  • IT Literate
  • \n
\n

In return our client is offering a basic salary of £27,000 along with an excellent benefits package.

This role offers flexibility to work from home 2 days a week / work remote
