Client Services/Account Manager (Office Based), Leicester, £35-40k depending on experience.

 

My client provides a full Design, Manufacture and Installation Service and due to continued and sustained business growth they are now seeking additional/experienced Client Services/Account Managers to join their growing teams.

 

Candidates will need to have a proven track record working within Retail Displays/Point of Sale sector or a fast-paced Print or Packaging environment.  Exposure to working Luxury Global Brands/High Revenue Generating accounts could be advantageous.

 

Working out of the company’s head office in Leicester, duties and responsibilities will incorporate:

·         As the main point of contact for your assisted client(s) you will take full ownership for the overall running/management of the account.

·         Liaising with clients, this may include face to face meetings which normally take place at the office/internally.

·         Take detailed job requirements, to ensure the customers’ needs/vision is fully understood and complete internal paperwork to enable the wider team to be fully briefed on what is required.

·         Ensure that the service delivery levels are kept above the client’s expectations.

·         Produce CPA’s for more complex projects to share externally and internally.

·         Work closely with internal departments to deliver projects through the manufacturing facility, ensuring quality and timescales are being adhered to.

·         Identify and solve any potential problems which may need to be overcome before it becomes a serious issue – this maybe be with the account itself or something internally which may cause delays.

·         Identify potential to increase customer spend

·         Provide accurate sales forecasting to your line manager.

·         Update your Work In Progress in a timely manner.

 

 

Requirements:

·         Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to building and maintain client relationships.

·         Good attention to detail, organisational and admin skills

·         IT Proficiency MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)

·         Able to work with independent and as part of a team to achieve business and customer objectives.

·         Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable.

 

Office hours: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am-4pm on a Friday

 

As this is an office-based position you will need to reside within a commutable distance of Leicester and sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
