This role is critical to their business development success and involves managing a small team to deliver high-quality marketing services.As the Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:Presentation decks and marketing materials: Developing and managing compelling materials to support events, sales pitches, and client service activities.CRM Management: Keeping databases up to date with accurate, high-quality information about news, products and services.RFPs and DDQs: Producing high-quality, precise documents for both current and potential clients to help secure and maintain assets.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset management, specifically in a client services role.Experience in team management or supervision is essential.Strong understanding of the best collateral formats for different types of content and channels.Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.Additional Information:Contract: 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) for maternity cover.Location: London - flexible working.Start Date: ASAP - Ideally in the next month or two.If this sounds like you, don't hesitate and apply now!
