We are partnering with a prestigious St. James's Place Wealth Management Practice in Kent, seeking a dedicated
Client Servicing Executive
to join their growing team. This role offers a blend of remote work and office time, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance.
What will you be doing?
Client Support:
Be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional assistance.
Documentation:
Manage and prepare client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including client account management and data entry.
Collaboration:
Work closely with financial advisers and the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience.
What do you need?
Experience:
Proven experience in a Client Servicing, Administrator, or Paraplanning role, ideally within an SJP Practice. IFA experience will be considered.
Skills:
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Attitude:
A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Committed and Diligent.
