This role offers a blend of remote work and office time, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance.What will you be doing?Client Support: Be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional assistance.Documentation: Manage and prepare client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including client account management and data entry.Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisers and the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience.What do you need?Experience: Proven experience in a Client Servicing, Administrator, or Paraplanning role, ideally within an SJP Practice. IFA experience will be considered.Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Attitude: A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
