Each year, we also deliver 150+ live interview training events at our client universities.We pride ourselves in providing the most sophisticated candidates with high-quality features and content at a price that everyone can afford.Our full-time team of 7 works remotely from Japan, UK, Bulgaria, Poland and India.THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE We are looking to hire an exceptional individual to lead the day-to-day relationships with our 100+ university and corporate clients, and with our 40+ interview coaches, in close collaboration with our Founder and our head of live events.Your main responsibilities will include:Onboarding new platform clients (e.g., contracts, billing, account setup)Ensuring that they make the most of our platform (e.g., monitoring usage, giving demos, sharing updates and best practices, and questions)Facilitating the renewal of their subscriptions (e.g., sending renewal notice, discussing pricing, billing, collection)Managing the operations of our coaching platform (e.g., onboarding new coaches, monitoring the quality of service, billing, and payments)Organizing live events at client schools (e.g., order processing, scheduling, coach booking, billing) Depending on your interests, skills, and availability, you may also get involved in other initiatives.ABOUT YOU We only accept applications from individuals who are:fluent in spoken and written Englishlocated in the UK or EuropeWe will consider high-potential individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including those with:2-5 year work experiencewho graduated from a selective universityand have work experience in higher education and/or management consulting, in any capacityYou will be a perfect match for your team if you see yourself as:having a meticulous personality and excellent attention to detailsorganized and efficient, letting nothing fall through the cracksvery responsive over emaila great communicator with strong relationship-management skillsa strong logical problem solverdedicated to the quality of your own workself-motivated and able to work independentlyOUR BENEFITS This is an opportunity to work remotely, in an entrepreneurial environment, with broad and interesting responsibilities, and make a difference for management consulting candidates globally.
