Clinical Implementation Consultant

About the Role:

My client is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to deploy and integrate cutting edge digital health solutions to the NHS. This role bridges technology and patient care, ensuring the platform is effectively adopted by healthcare providers while prioritising safety, compliance, and workflow optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:-

-Collaborate with healthcare organisations to implement and optimise the clients tech solutions.
-Provide training and ongoing support to clinical teams to ensure seamless adoption.
-Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
-Identify and mitigate risks related to clinical workflows and patient safety.

Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in clinical settings.
Qualifications:-
-Experience in working as a nurse or Dr in a digital health or clinical software implementation role.
-An understanding of clinical workflows and patient safety principles.
-Communication and training skills, with the ability to engage clinicians.
Bonus Skills:

-Experience in patient safety, risk management, or quality improvement.

-Prior experience working with EHRs or digital health platforms.
