An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield. Heeley Bank provides care and nursing support to older people and individuals living with dementia. The nursing home is based within the residential area of Heeley, S2 and benefits from good transport links to the surrounding areas of Sheffield.
Position Details:
Hours: 40 hours, comprising of a mix of nursing shifts and managerial duties, with supernumerary hours for supporting areas including but not limited to, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.
Shift Times: Nursing shift times 07:45-20:00. Supernumerary hours 09:00-17:00. Shifts will include some weekends, bank holidays, evenings and on call hours
Location: Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 (Please consider travel times, especially on weekends, before applying)
