Are you a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their dedicated team in a beautiful nursing home in Mitcham, Surrey. This comes with a salary up to £24.17 an hour (£56,000 a year) and other excellent benefits.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Lead and supervise a team of care workers.
Conduct regular supervision sessions in line with company policies.
Perform staff appraisals according to company procedures.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.Package and Benefits:

Annual salary ranging from £53,000 to £56,000.
