The firm is prepared to consider 100% remote working depending on the candidate and offer them the complete flexibility to work from anywhere in England.OverviewJob title: Associate or Senior AssociateLocation: Fully remote – from any UK locationSalary: £Excellent – ‘top tier’ rateReports to: Head of DepartmentPrevious Experience: The hiring managers are keen to attract a broad range of PQE. Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome. There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL/PL.Snapshot of opportunityRemote working with the full support of a national teamOutstanding quality of clinical negligence work including birth injury cases – including serious cases involving cerebral palsy as well as misdiagnosis and late diagnosis and surgical malpracticeThe opportunity to go on client secondmentsQualifications Candidates must be qualified. All levels of PQE considered.Required Skills Ideally you will have solid defendant healthcare litigation experience, though claimant clinical negligence experience will be considered. You may have had experience of obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth.
