Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome. There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL/PL.Clinical negligence solicitors with a blend of experienceThe Partners are willing to consider candidates with a broad range of experience. You may be at the start of your career and therefore handling a caseload of more straightforward matters such as ‘Never Event’ cases or other undisputed claims. Equally, you may have experience of late diagnosis or misdiagnosis cases or even high-value claims such as obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth. Whatever your experience, we would like to hear from you.Claimant or defendant experience welcomeIdeally you will have solid defendant healthcare litigation experience, though claimant clinical negligence experience will be considered.
