Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.


• Conducting thorough investigations into medical negligence claims.


• Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties.


• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.


• Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements.


• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, if necessary.


• Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in medical negligence law.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Clinical Negligence.


• Strong knowledge of medical negligence law and relevant legal principles.


• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with attention to detail.
