This position is well suited for an individual who is looking to pursue an immensely rewarding career opportunity.*We need you if:*You are excited at the prospect of working for a small organisation as part of a close-knit and ambitious team.You’d like to work on a part time basis – we are ideally looking for 3 days per week but we can be absolutely flexible for the right candidate!*We can give you:*A working life free from the bureaucracy, hierarchy and red-tape often found in larger organisation'sA warm welcome, lots of support and development opportunities.The chance to join some of the most passionate and dedicated teams in the healthcare sector*Overview of the role*The clinical psychologist role will be to lead on the delivery of neuropsychology interventions for patients with neurological conditions admitted to Hollanden Park Hospital, with the support of an assistant psychologist.The role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapist’s and neurological music therapists.You will be responsible for providing neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation for our patients with neurological disorders as well as providing support for their families and carers. This includes cognitive rehabilitation, psychological therapy to help with emotional adjustment and engagement in rehabilitation, behavioural interventions, teaching and consultation.The postholder will be responsible for the clinical and professional supervision of the assistant psychologist.*Essential Experience Required*- Experience of the application of clinical psychology assessment, intervention and outcome measures with patients with neurological conditions.- Experience of working at a clinical psychologist level in neurological rehabilitation setting*Qualifications Required*-Post-graduate, doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology- Current registration as a Clinical Psychologist*Please contact the HR team for a full job description*Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: £50,952.00-£57,349.00 per yearBenefits:* Company events* Company pension* Discounted or free food* On-site parking* Sick paySchedule:* 8 hour shiftLicence/Certification:* Current registration as a Clinical Psychologist (preferred)Work Location: In person
