As part of our growth, we are expanding into residential and nursing care to better support individuals with complex needs. About the Role:
As the Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and leadership of our service. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the outset, helping to shape policies, recruit and develop a strong team of professionals, and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.
