Are you a qualified Clinical Pharmacist looking for an exciting locum opportunity within the NHS? Hunter AHP are currently recruiting for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join a renowned NHS hospital team on a locum basis.

Location: NHS Hospital, Bradford
Hourly Rate: £27 to £31 per hour
Start Date: Immediate, ongoing contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients across various wards.
• Review and manage medication prescriptions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Advise healthcare professionals on optimal drug use and monitor patient progress.
• Conduct ward rounds and provide medication counselling to patients.
• Support the pharmacy team in meeting departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
• Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy role within the NHS.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
