Clinical Service Manager ( RMN or RNLD ) -  Acute Mental Health Hospital   
£65,000 per annum
Bradford, West Yorkshire
Permanent - Full Time 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri 9-5 (with on-call)
Overview:
Appoint Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. We are looking for an experienced RMN or RNLD at Senior Nurse, Deputy Ward Manager, or Ward Manager level, who is looking to take the next step in their career or seeking a new opportunity.
Located near Bradford, this role is based in a specialist acute mental health hospital for men aged 18 years and over and provides a comprehensive pathway of acute admissions services for men.  The hospital works to assess and manage risk factors, allowing the hospital to work successfully and robustly with individuals posing a higher level of complexity and challenge and who present a risk to themselves and others.
Requirements:


  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RNLD trained ) with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • NMC registration
  • Proven track record in leading teams and senior practice-based work.
  • Skilled in interpreting and analysing complex information and managing challenging situations.
  • Experience collaborating with statutory and voluntary agencies.
  • Expertise in setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
  • Competent in preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
  • Ability to drive change in practice, culture, and outcomes across professional boundaries.
  • Experience in establishing therapeutic boundaries with high-risk patients requiring advanced interventions.
  • Preferably experienced in working within acute and/or PICU settings
  • Proficient in working with partner organisations, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate others using advanced communication and presentation skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive and implement effective clinical practices and leadership in care delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical and therapeutic care.
  •  Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the hospital's strategy as part of the Senior Management team.
  • Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager.
