The Role:

• Lead and inspire the Clinical Team, driving excellence in nursing care
\n
• Take a hands-on approach in supporting staff members
\n
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and developing team members
\n
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to enhance care quality
\n
• Promote a safe, high-quality, and person-centred environment for residents and staff
\n

What You Need:

\n
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
\n
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a care home or similar setting
\n
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team
\n
