Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team in Chester, Cheshire. As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential support to healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients. This role involves working various shifts including days, nights, and weekends to ensure round-the-clock patient care.

Job Duties:

• Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care activities
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting with personal care tasks
• Supporting patients with mobility and exercise
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients

Required Qualifications:

A valid DBS certificate

Education:

Minimum of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care

Working Conditions:

This role involves working shifts including days, nights, and weekends. The ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment is essential. The role may require standing for long periods and assisting with lifting and moving patients.
