Great opportunity to work as a Clinical Wellbeing Team Member!
Staffline is recruiting for a Clinical Wellbeing Team Member in Northwich, Cheshire.
The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour.
This is a full-time role working Days, Afternoons, and Nights with flexible days and hours available.
A full Driving License is required for driving the works van to equine therapy on our weekly visit and specimen runs to the hospital.
Your Time at Work
As a Clinical Wellbeing Team Member, your duties include:
- Monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of all guests, to be aware of changes and to alert senior colleagues as necessary.
- Assisting in maintaining the morale of guests by communication and contact - achieved by talking and working with them.
- Working as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Attending to and assisting guests in achieving a high standard of physical care, including diet, hygiene, appearance, and good routine.
- Assisting guests in the management of their bedrooms and common areas, as appropriate.
- Supporting the housekeeping team by completing set domestic tasks during the night shift.
- Observing strict confidentiality in respect of any information regarding guests.
- Completing tasks as requested by the nursing team or management and supporting nursing team in tasks such as, ECG'S, vitals', medication chaperone, venipuncture, uploading of results and liaising with the on-call doctor.
- Engaging in and completing training both online and face-to-face.
- Play an active role in the induction and training of new colleagues.
- Supporting the nurses to monitor the detoxification and general healthcare needs of all guests.
- Chaperone clinical appointments when required.
- Diarise daily tasks that need completing.
- Escort guests when attending hospital and dental appointments.
- May need to administer first aid in emergency situations.

A DBS Check will be carried out.
Experience in a similar role is required.
