We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CLM processes, and experience with CLM software. Experience with Sirion is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering : Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CLM implementation. Process Analysis : Analyze and map current contract management processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Solution Design : Collaborate with Solution Architects to design effective CLM solutions that meet client requirements. Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Testing and Validation : Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements. Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the CLM system. Project Management Support : Assist the Project Manager in tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and optimize CLM processes. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in CLM implementation projects. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CLM software experience with Sirion is a strong plus. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Project Management : Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies. Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
