Cloud Solution Architect (AWS & Security)

TrueNorth are working with a UK based consultancy who are hiring a Cloud Solution Architect to the team with a focus on AWS and Security Solutions Architecture - we need the successful candidate to be available immediately or in the next 4 weeks.**We are unable to sponsor visas, you must be already based in the UK with the right to work in the UK for this role**The primary responsibilities of this role will be:Great solutions architecture designs with a focus on AWS and Security specificallyWorking with the teams of developers to iterate through the solution design processDesign assurance from a security perspectiveSupport the organisation on their journey to SOC 2 certificationKey skills and experience required:Extensive experience in architecting software security solutionsAWSExcellent stakeholder management and ability to win teams overComfortable working alone as well as in a wider team and taking responsibility for the security aspect of solution architecture for the team.You may have been a devsecops lead or a security engineering lead previously, or a solutions architect that has had a focus on security with heavily regulated or high compliance environment experience.Beneficial:Having held CISSPExperience of working to SOC 2 certificationThe role is home based with occasional travel circa once a month to London (all expenses are paid)We have a starting salary range of £100k to £110k plus benefits, given the nature of the role and project start time, we ideally need someone that can be available immediately or in the next 4 weeks.
