You will use your knowledge of enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions to address and troubleshoot critical customer challenges, ensuring timely resolution.Key Responsibilities:Act as the final escalation point for 3rd line technical issues in cloud and infrastructure environments.Work closely with Technical Architects and Project Engineers to understand solution designs and provide input on best practices.Resolve escalated issues for offshore financial service organizations and global enterprises, ensuring all solutions are aligned with best practices.Provide technical support and expertise in Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, AVD), Server Infrastructure, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure environments.Your Expertise:You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, working with enterprise organizations to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve:Cloud Infrastructure Skills:Microsoft Azure:Proficiency in managing Azure services (e.g., VMs, Azure AD, Azure Backup).Azure Networking (e.g., Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway).Azure Storage solutions (e.g., Blob Storage, Azure Files, Disk Storage).Azure Governance and management tools (e.g., Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center).Microsoft 365 (M365):Management of M365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).Security and compliance in M365 (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center).Integration of M365 with on-premises infrastructure.Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD):Management of AVD environments.User profile management and optimization (e.g., FSLogix).AVD security and compliance best practices.Server and Storage Infrastructure Skills:Server Infrastructure:Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Linux environments.Virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware vSphere).Active Directory design and management.Server clustering and high availability solutions.The cherry on top....
