Club Head Chef
Where will you be working?
Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
What will you be doing?
Under the direction of the Executive chef, you will assist in achieving the goals and targets set in budgets by maximising Revenue, by maintaining as well as by building on the reputation of the hotel and by ensuring that business objectives are accomplished
You will oversee and direct the kitchen, supervise the team and ensure that guest needs are met to the high standard required by the company and expectations are exceeded
Ensure that the standards of the division meet and exceed the quality standards set
Manage, support and develop our Ned’s Club kitchen team whilst creating a great place to work
Develop new innovative techniques and menu items to increase sales, reduce costs and improve productivity
Maintain effective communication within the department and make sure that the Executive chef is kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen
Ensure an efficient and well-organised department, ensuring all staff are well trained and highly motivated
What can The Ned give you?
Salary of up to £65,000/year including service charge
£1000 bonus (subject to T&Cs)
