Cnc Field Engineer

The role:

An opportunity exists for the right candidate to become a Field Service Engineer, you will be working across a range of CNC machining centres, turning centres, Laser cutters and CNC Sheet metal machines. You should be capable of working on your initiative independently and as part of our motivated team supporting our customers with the supply of machine tools and fabricating machinery. As a Service Engineer, you will cover all aspects of CNC machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and software. Our Service Engineers travel across the UK, with occasional overseas factory training programs.

From our base in Milton Keynes, we offer our customers ongoing routine maintenance, installation, and training. You will be apprentice-trained or have experience as a field service engineer installing similar machinery. �

Beneficial experience:

Fibre Laser Metal Cutting experience, optimisation of cutting parameters, using controllers such as Cypcut and nesting software such as Cypnest or Lantek.

CNC fabrication machinery using Delem and Cybelec Systems.

CNC machine tools using controllers such as Fanuc and Siemens.
