CNC Lathe Operative

Our client is an esteemed technical engineering company, renowned for their unwavering commitment to delivering high-precision solutions. Due to their ever-growing success, they are seeking a dedicated CNC Lathe Operative to join their dynamic team in Worthing.
The Role:

• Programme, set, and operate CNC lathes/turners.
• Use Fanuc Controls for online programming and Alpha-Cam software for offline programming.
• Generate and submit 'First Off Parts' / Small Batch Runs for inspection, ensuring products meet detailed drawings and plans.
• Confidently set programmes from engineering drawings, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Follow verbal instructions and route cards accurately.

The Package:

• Competitive Salary: �40,000 - �50,000pa DOE.
• Monday - Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm with a 1.30pm finish on a Friday.
• Overtime: Additional hours available.

The Person:

• Proven experience in CNC lathe/turner programme operation.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
