CNC Lathe Operator, Setter & Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Operator, Setter & Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be proficient in programming CNC lathes using G-Code. Experience with Haas machines and bar feeder attachments is essential for this role.�
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathes (predominantly Haas) to produce high-quality precision parts.


• Set up CNC machines for production runs, ensuring proper tooling and setup.


• Program CNC lathes on-line or offline using G-Code to meet production specifications and tolerances.


• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance and product quality.


• Conduct quality checks on the machined components using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure conformance to specifications.


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimise downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator, Setter & Programmer.


• Proficient in programming CNC lathes using G-Code. (Desirable)


• Familiarity with bar feeder attachments and their operation. (Desirable)


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
