CNC Machine Operator

Impact Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a Precision Engineering company based in Northampton who supply precision made parts to the Formula 1 and Motorsport industry. They are looking to recruit for an Experienced CNC Machinist to join them on a Permanent basis ASAP!

Role: CNC Machinist

\n

Location: Northampton

\n

Package: £17.50 - £24.50 (Depending on experience) with Performance bonuses on top

\n

Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Setting and operating CNC Lathes
\n
• Programming machines (preffered but no essential)
\n
• Prioritising workload and keeping organised
\n
• Able to work independantly and as part of a team
\n
• Ability to make decisions
\n
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work space
\n

\n

Experience required:

\n

\n
• CNC Setting and Operating experience
\n
• Preferably able to program CNC lathes
\n
• Previous experience with Stainless
\n
• Good organisational skills
\n
• Able to work to deadlines and manage work loads
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Strong problem solving
\n
• Able to work on a long term basis
\n
