Are you looking for a hands-on role in a busy production environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Machine Operator in High Wycombe with an immediate start. This is an ongoing temporary position with consistent full-time hours.

• Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Ongoing temporary position

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC machines to manufacture parts accurately
• Setting up and adjusting machines for different jobs
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues
• Keeping the work space clean and organised

What We're Looking For:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience (essential) or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Commitment to health and safety procedures
