CNC Machinist/ CNC Miller

Due to continued growth we require a CNC Machinist/CNC Miller needed to join our friendly team here at Lightning Precision making quality parts for many interesting industries; motorsport including F1 and Formula E, Medical, Research and Design, Yacht racing, medical and more.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/ CNC Miller to join our Milling section, setting, operating and programming (full programming training can be given) our Haas 3 axis machining centre (Fanuc G code Control).

• You will be responsible for programming and machining small batch parts using offline programming (we use Bobcad cadcam package) in a variety of different materials.

You will need high attention to detail and take pride in your work and have a positive can do attitude. 

Working hours:

Our regular hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm Fridays. We are flexible on start/finishing times. 

Location:

We are now in our larger premises located at Upper Heyford (on the ex RAF base), near Bicester in Oxfordshire.
