CNC Machinist

TEXO Recruitment are delighted to be representing our external client who are a specialist in precision engineering and manufacturing. Our client is seeking a CNC Machinist on a full-time, permanent basis at their workshop based in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.

Duties:

• Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of machinery and consumables in respect of manufacturer recommendations to ensure fitness for purpose and accuracy.


• Ensure Quality Assurance System is maintained by diligent upkeep of materials traceability.

Requirements:

• Mazatrol experience (training can be provided).


• Manual machining experience.


• Experienced of working with a variety of machine tools.


• Mazak Integrex experience/ familiarity (turning/milling) is desirable.


• 5 + years relevant Oil & Gas experience as CNC Machinists are responsible for the accurate and safe operation of machinery in respect of drilling, boring and milling.


• Experience working on the following machinery would be highly desirable; 3 & 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centres, 5 Axis Integrex Lathes of various sizes, CNC Lathes with or without live tools, CNC Machining Centre and 5 Axis Mill.
