Key Responsibilities:

• Produce complex components according to specification requirements.
• Operate and prove out CNC cylindrical Studer machines (External/Internal Grinding).
• Program (Studer Win), set components, grinding wheels, jigs, fixtures, chucks, and work between centres.
• Measure and work to very tight tolerances (within 5 Micron range).
• Apply knowledge of materials and machining methods.
• Ensure product conformity by manufacturing components to achieve critical geometrical tolerancing.
