Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components.


• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.


• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.


• Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize production and reduce downtime.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or programming as needed.


• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operative or in a similar role.


• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.


• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.


• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
