CNC Machinist

Job: CNC Wood�Machinist�

Location: Doncaster

Pay Rate: �14� - �15.50�per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time 8am -4:30pm

Contract Type: Temporary (Permanent Contracts Offered After 12 Weeks)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines using Zylog and Maestro software. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machining, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities:�

  Set up, operate, and program CNC machines using Zylog and Maestro software.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.

  
  


• 
  

  Adjust machine settings to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all machined parts meet quality and tolerance specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and production teams to improve processes.

  Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards.

  Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work completed.
