Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with an established Precision Engineering business based in Newbury who are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to an ever-increasing workload, our client is looking for an experienced CNC Miller who has the ability to Program, set and Operate CNC Mills independently.

The machines primarily run off Fanuc controls, so experience with these controls would be essential.

Our client works within a number of key sectors within the industry- Oil & Gas and Defence as an example.

Experience within these sectors is not a requirement but would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will likely have experience working in an environment that has been fast paced, working to tight tolerances for both large batch and one-off components.

The ability to work independently is essential.

Round Up:

• CNC Milling
• Programming, setting and operating CNC Mills
• Fanuc controls
• Produce One-off and Large batch work
• Be able to read and work to Engineering drawings

Monday - Friday - 39 Hour week

Salary: �38,000 - �40,000 per annum
