CNC MILLER SETTER/OPERATOR

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. The role requires experience with 3-axis and 4-axis machines, ideally with knowledge of Siemens controls, although other control system experience is also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

  Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines (XYZ 3-axis and 4-axis).

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to produce accurate parts.

  
  


• 
  

  Program and adjust CNC machines to ensure high-quality production standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters to maintain optimal efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean and organized workstations.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Siemens controls is beneficial; experience with other controls is accepted.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of machining processes and tooling.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

  Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
