Due to continued and sustained growth, our client is looking to recruit a CNC Miller (Programmer, Setter, Operator) to join their expanding business on a permanent basis. Our client is a family run business, who are well established in Halifax.

Job Responsibilities:
The key function and responsibilities of the CNC Miller is to Programme, Set and Operate CNC Milling Machine with Heidenhain Controls.
Program Jobs unaided from drawings using Heidenhain control
Program jobs with 4th Axis
Load machine with Vices / Fixture
Load the tooling with correct offsets
Upload programs
Run the jobs to completion to our exacting standards
Work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Previous CNC Milling experience is essential.
Proven experience as a CNC Miller with Heidenhain programming experience.
Must be able to read and interpret drawings.
Must be able to work individually as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills
