Job Title: CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator – MILLING (Late Shift)

My client is seeking a proficient CNC machinist to program, set up, and operate our universal bed-type milling machines equipped with Heidenhein control systems.

Requirements:

• Expertise in 3 & 4 axis machining
• Experience with materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel, and Cast Iron
• Familiarity with machining medium to large fabrications and castings

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Completion of a time-served apprenticeship or extensive hands-on machining experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-quality work.
• In-depth knowledge of work-holding methods, tool selection, and cutting parameters
• Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative team player
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in precision engineering or manufacturing is essential.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week (4-day week)

• Monday to Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 2:00 am
• Thursday: 3:00 pm – Midnight
• Friday: Overtime as required, subject to workload.
