We are seeking a proactive and skilled CNC Miller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mazatrol and Hypermill offline programming.

Machines�

Milling�

2 x 5 axis Variaxis i600's one equipt with a 12 pallet station (Apply online only))

3 x VMC's ranging in sizes (Apply online only))

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for turning. with a focus on maintaining high-quality work


• Programming using Mazatrol�and work on projects from start to finish within set timeframes


• Monitor and maintain multiple machines, ensuring efficient and accurate production


• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion


• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machining, with a focus on Mazatrol for milling


• Proficiency in offline programming is preferred


• Ability to work on multiple machines and projects simultaneously


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work


• Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic

Day-to-day

Set up and operate CNC machines for�milling

Program and adjust machine settings as needed for different projects

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Package

• �15-18 dependent on experience and skill level - Salary options available


• 40 hours - 4 days (Mon-Thurs 7.30-18.00) or 4.5 days (Mon-Thurs 8-17.30, Fri 8-12.00) Can be slightly flexible on working hours
