About the Role CNC Setter/Operator

You'll be setting and operating multi-pallet CNC milling machines in a flexible manufacturing system, ensuring aerospace components are machined to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading aerospace components onto fixturing
\n
• Monitoring and maintaining tooling on Matsuura 630 horizontal machines
\n
• Clearing alarms & troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly
\n
• Adhering to quality & safety policies (because precision matters)
\n
• Keeping your work area in top shape (6S standards)
\n

This CNC Setter/Operator role offers variety, progression, and the chance to work with top-tier machining tech.

What You Need to Bring

\n
• Experience operating CNC milling machines (but training can be provided)
\n
• Good understanding of machining set-ups & processes
\n
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
\n
• Confidence in self-inspecting components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges & shadow graphs
\n
• A team-first attitude, but also happy to work under your own initiative
\n
