Parkside Recruitment are looking for a�CNC Milling Setter/Programmer to join their clients Production team.
Overview:

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Haas controls to produce high-complex components.
Key Responsibilities:




  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Haas controls.

  • Produce high-complexity components from a range of materials, ensuring quality and precision.

  • Adhere to quality and environmental standards (ISO9001/14001:#####).

  • Ensure part production meets planned set and run times, and complies with quality standards.

  • Support the Manufacturing Group Leader in enhancing the 5S organisation of assigned areas and take responsibility for the machines operated.

  • Ensure that the correct materials and drawings are used to produce each component.

  • Set up tools, offsets, and perform program adjustments as necessary.



Qualifications and Skills:




  • Proficiency in setting up and programming CNC milling machines (Fanuc/Haas).

  • Knowledge of quality and environmental standards, such as ISO9001/14001.

  • Experience in high-precision machining and component production.

  • Familiarity with 5S organisational practices and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
