Join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team in Birmingham. They are a leading company specialising in precision engineering, and we are looking for a skilled CNC Setter/ Operator with expertise in milling to join our team. If you have experience with Fanuc and Mazak controls, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with milling operations.
• Proficiency in using Fanuc and Mazak controls.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues

Benefits:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:45 PM
• Early finish on Fridays.
