Job Summary

This company is a leading manufacturer of glass vials in the UK. With 60 years of experience, they are the only manufacturer of their type in the UK and one of only a handful worldwide. They are looking for a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment to produce products as required. You will also be responsible for producing production parts and samples to meet production demands and business needs. Skills Required for CNC Operator

• Set up and operate equipment to produce products as required
• Produce production parts and samples to meet production demands and business needs
• Assist in the development of new samples/production parts
• Adhere to health and safety policies while maintaining an improvement frame of mind
• Following and maintaining quality standards
• Housekeeping and area organization
• All company procedures to be adhered to at all times
• Experience with Ultrasonic machining, DMG Mori - machine experience, Siemens NX software, 3-axis machine, milling, turning, drilling, routing, cutting, grinding, and working with Quartz/Glass materials is beneficial.
