We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal into various components.
Duties:
Set up and operate press brake machines according to specifications
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for each component
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Make adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Experience operating press brake machines or similar equipment
Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments
Knowledge of tooling selection and setup
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
While not required, the following skills would be beneficial:
Ability to assemble and fabricate sheet metal components
