CNC Press brake operator.

Rose Recruit LTD�are currently seeking a skilled/Experainced�Press Brake Operator to join one of our well established clients based in Derby,��The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine to bend, form, and shape sheet metal into various components.

You will also�be trained up on various other machines such as�working�on the tube laser cutting machine, the sheet later cutting machine and the waterjet cutting machine, amongst other prep cell team duties.

Duties

- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings to determine the specifications of the sheet metal components

- Set up and adjust the press brake machine for each job

- Operate the press brake machine to bend and form sheet metal accurately

-Operate other CNC machines such as laser and water jet cutting machines (training provided)

- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards

- Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine and other prep cell CNC machines

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Skills Needed:

- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery effectively

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
