Location - Denton, Greater Manchester

Salary - �40,000 - �45,000 Per Annum

Permanent Position

Your primary responsibility will be to create and optimize CNC programs using PowerShape, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and production teams to deliver high-quality components that meet stringent specifications and timelines.

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using PowerShape.
• Interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct simulations and testing to verify the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CNC machining processes and PowerShape software advancements.
• Ensure all programs adhere to quality standards and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
