They pride themselves on being able to deliver complex systems from concept right the way through to onsite commissioning, with all disciplines covered in house by their ever-growing engineering team.Due to company growth, they are looking for a CNC programmer to strengthen and increase their manufacturing output.The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting and operating CNC machines, both at the control and using CAM software. The candidate will require an in-depth knowledge of tooling and materials.Duties:Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision partsRead and interpret engineering drawings and to understand product specificationsMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyManage workload and component outputInspect finished pieces for accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean and safe work environment.Skills:Proficiency in toolingMechanical knowledgeExperience in material types, their characteristics and cutting parametersFamiliarity with HAAS controlProficiency in CAM softwareProficiency in programming at controlThis position offers the opportunity to work within a great team in a friendly dynamic manufacturing environment.
