Polytec are looking for a skilled 5 Axis CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator for our Ely based client.

Responsibilities:

* Setting up new jobs
* Reading and interpretation of very complex drawings
* Documenting work done accurately and comprehensively
* Review parts produced, drawings or instructions to understand required specifications
* Monitor machine while working to achieve optimum outputs
* Always looking for continuous improvement in all processes

Requirements:

* Excellent Cad/Cam skills, ideally familiar with Hypermill
* Experience with 5 axis programming / machining
* Previous work with castings would be an advantage
* Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
* Update ERP system accurately to ensure job profitability and conformance
