Job Summary:�The CNC Programmer Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components using Fanuc controls. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Programming:�Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to create complex parts and components.

  • Setup:�Set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials and conducting test runs to ensure proper machine operation.

  • Operation:�Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.

  • Quality Control:�Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

  • Maintenance:�Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

  • Documentation:�Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, machine settings, and production runs.

  • Collaboration:�Work closely with engineers and machinists to evaluate project requirements and resolve any issues related to machine setup and program performance.

  • Safety:�Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer Operator.

  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and a solid understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
